![]() | How To: Install Smoked Tailights! Pics! How to install the Modern Performance smoked taillights. Tools Needed - 3/8" Socket - 10mm deep socket - 11mm deep socket - Extension bar The Brake Lights 1. Pop your trunk and unscrew the plastic net holders on both sides. 2. Pull the carpet back and remove the nuts from the stock lights using a 10mm deep socket. 3. Remove the stock light and unclip the harness. 4. Remove the bulb from the stock harness. 5. Insert the male harness from the new light into the same spot the stock bulb came out of and press down hard. Reconnect the harness to the car harness. 6. Insert the new light in it's place and tighten the bolts down using that 10mm deep socket. Do the same to the other side. The Reverse Lights 1. Pull the black plastic cover off the reverse lights. 2. Remove these nuts using an 11mm deep socket. 3. Remove the stock bulb from the case and pull out the stock reverse light. 4. Install the light into the new reverse light case, put the light in it's place and tighten the bolts back down. You are now done and this is what it looks like. ![]() | very nice job. i got some smoked taillights a few weeks back. not the same ones. but mine were so hard to instal. the reverse lights those nuts wouldnt fit i had to drive to hardwear store to get smaller size

![]() | Those look good man, Ive been looking for lights with a nice clean look like that, because I didnt want to resort to building my own. Who are they from? What is it with you guys and 3/8" drive. LOL All you need is 1/4" |
